So, this past Tuesday my grandma took me out to Best Buy (a 60 mile drive. Grandma spoils me.) and bought me an awesome laptop. ^^ Seriously, it's bigger and nicer than the one I was going to get- a Toshiba Satellite A205. That one was 15", instead she saw this one on display- a Toshiba Satellite L355, 17.1" and asked me if I'd like it. So I checked out the specs (and the sales dude there was pretty impressed that the little blonde girl going off to college knew so much about computers. XD I felt smart.) and it was even better than the one I'd originally wanted, and for the same price. So I've been rotting my afternoons away watching movies online and downloading music.

I love this thing. Built in webcam and mic, CD burner, labelflash (google it), and an SD slot so I don't need my USB cord or camera drivers to upload photos anymore. And it's so much faster than even my mom's brand new compaq desktop, even though hers has DSL through the ethernet cord and mine has wireless from the same router. ^_^ Love love love it.
